This house was awarded the Hartlepool Civic Society Award for Quality of Workmanship and Attention to Detail

This was a traditionally built house, complicated by the fact that it was on a sloping clay site. Some of the foundations were 2.4m deep to compensate for some huge Turkey Oaks which sap moisture from the ground.
